Job details Double Oak Veterinary Medical Center is a full service veterinary hospital with a boarding facility and grooming services. Kennel technicians are the muscle of our clinic and a very important part to our staff. They are the jack-of-all-trades. The primary responsibilities are to care for the cat and dog guests boarding in our facility. Assignments include but are not limited to: cleaning kennels, feeding and medicating boarding guests, and letting them outside for potty and exercise breaks. Other duties may include: restraining patients and assisting during medical exams/procedures, interacting with clients and maintaining the cleanliness of the hospital. We are looking for someone that is ready to be a part of a great, fun team, has great attention to detail, has the expertise to multi-task, takes initiative, and is self motivated. You must LOVE dogs and cats. Pay is hourly and will be dependent on background.
